Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks in a safe, legal, and efficient manner.
- Load and unload cargo while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and maintain DOT/EPA compliance.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicle readiness.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and delivery details.
- Ensure the security of cargo during transit.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with required endorsements (Hazmat/Tanker preferred).
- Must possess a clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination and drug screen.
- Willingness to travel to Phoenix, AZ and Illinois regions.
