Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle in a professional and courteous manner.
- Deliver freight to designated customer locations in the Columbus metro area and surrounding regions.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Manage cargo loading and unloading efficiently, ensuring no damage occurs.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery logs.
- Interact professionally with customers and resolve any delivery issues on-site.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Current DOT medical card and a clean MVR driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong understanding of traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
