Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A trucks for regional and long-haul routes
- Maintain meticulous delivery logs and compliance documentation
- Inspect vehicles before/after trips to ensure roadworthiness
- Collaborate with dispatch for efficient route optimization
- Handle specialized freight (temperature-controlled, hazmat)
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- 2+ years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with FMCSA regulations
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work variable hours
- Basic navigation tech proficiency (GPS, ELDs)
- No preventable accidents in past 3 years
