Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional deliveries
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and minor maintenance
- Optimize routes for timely deliveries to Long Beach area
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Strong knowledge of CA traffic laws and port procedures
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment checks
- Excellent time management and route navigation skills
