Responsibilities
- Safe and efficient operation of commercial delivery vehicles.
- Load and unload freight using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Verify delivery accuracy and obtain signatures for receipts.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal DOT regulations.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of driving experience preferred.
- Pass a DOT physical examination and drug screen.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities in route changes.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
