Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently on regional and over-the-road routes.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Secure cargo and ensure proper documentation for all loads.
- Maintain accurate logs (EOBR) and adhere to all DOT regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading and unloading.
- Report mechanical issues and road hazards immediately to dispatch.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Physical) available.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and traffic laws.
- Basic computer skills for ELD and logging systems.
