Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A trucks and trailers over designated routes.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR).
- Load and unload cargo securely to ensure safety during transit.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and logs.
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations, company policies, and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding load status and delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) and DOT physical card.
- Satisfactory background check and MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally during loading/unloading.
- 21 years of age or older.
