Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on highways and local routes in and around the Las Vegas area.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring secure placement and proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date driver logs (ELD) in compliance with DOT regulations.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age for interstate commerce.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) and DOT drug screen on file.
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) review.
- Strong commitment to safety and defensive driving practices.
- Willingness to undergo entry-level training and mentorship.
