Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Trucks, Vans, or Flatbeds) on local and regional routes.
- Pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently while adhering to weight distribution and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and ensure all delivery documentation is completed correctly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and represent our brand professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company driving policies to ensure a clean driving record.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license issued by the state of North Carolina.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3-5 years.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial truck driving preferred.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer literacy for logging and paperwork.
