Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload cargo using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (EOBR) records in compliance with DOT regulations.
- Deliver freight to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws.
Qualifications
- CDL License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) OR willingness to enroll in our paid training program (no experience required).
- Driving Record: Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) with no major violations.
- Physical Ability: Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Documentation: Valid DOT medical card and proof of residency.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to navigate GPS systems.
- Attitude: Professional demeanor and commitment to safety.
