Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (Class A or B) in compliance with FMCSA regulations and company policies.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Load and unload cargo securely, adhering to weight distribution and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery paperwork.
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickup and delivery operations.
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance checks and report mechanical issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with the proper endorsements (Class A or B).
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
