Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in safe driving and customer service. As a Class A Driver for Austin Transport Solutions, you will be responsible for transporting goods across the region safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and unload freight efficiently and securely at various customer locations.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery paperwork.
- Adhere to strict schedules and delivery routes while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC).
- Clear driving record (no major violations in the last 3-5 years).
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
