Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A vehicles in accordance with FMCSA regulations and company policies.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery documentation.
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules while maintaining courteous communication with customers and dispatch.
- Report mechanical issues and road hazards immediately to management.
- Keep the cabin and cargo area clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A) required.
- Current DOT Medical Card and DOT Drug Screening eligibility.
- Minimum of 2 years verifiable Class A driving experience.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to adjust to changing schedules and weather conditions.
