Responsibilities
- Operate commercial delivery vehicles (Dry Van, Flatbed) safely and efficiently across Tennessee and Illinois.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and secure cargo using straps and tarps to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery paperwork.
- Provide exceptional customer service when delivering goods to retail and commercial locations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license required.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Must be willing to travel to Illinois and other regional states.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally during loading/unloading.
