Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the development of a long-term technology strategy that anticipates market trends and positions the company as an industry leader by 2026.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Identify and evaluate high-potential emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Biotech interfaces) and oversee their pilot integration.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with key players in the innovation ecosystem, including research labs and venture capital firms.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and retain a diverse team of futurists, engineers, and product strategists.
- Cybersecurity & Ethics: Ensure all innovations adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and ethical AI implementation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for the board of directors and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in senior leadership roles (CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar) within high-growth tech environments.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud architecture, artificial intelligence, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to forecast technological shifts and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree or PhD is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and C-suite executives.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated success in navigating ambiguity and leading through rapid technological change.
