Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Vision: Define and execute a long-term technological roadmap that aligns with business goals and emerging trends.
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design scalable, secure, and sustainable systems for Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum Readiness.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Autonomous Agents) for feasibility.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, executives, and partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or executive technical role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, distributed systems, and cloud-native environments.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable product strategies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
