Responsibilities
- Define Technical Roadmaps: Create and execute the long-term technical strategy for the 2026 infrastructure, focusing on AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Readiness.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling the data loads and complexity of 2026 applications.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the engineering division.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the transition of legacy systems to modern, 2026-ready architectures.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with research teams to integrate cutting-edge discoveries into practical, commercial applications.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a high-scale tech environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Specialized Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, Cloud Native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Quantum Computing principles.

- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
