Responsibilities
- Strategic Forecasting: Analyze macro-economic and technological trends to predict workforce shifts by 2026 and develop proactive strategies to adapt.
- AI Integration: Lead the architectural design of how Artificial Intelligence and Generative Models will augment human capabilities across all departments.
- Policy Development: Draft and implement forward-looking HR policies that balance flexibility with security in a distributed workforce model.
- Cultural Evolution: Cultivate a 'future-ready' culture that encourages continuous learning, agility, and psychological safety.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable business insights for the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Remote & Hybrid Design: Redesign our physical and digital workspaces to optimize collaboration and employee well-being.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR leadership, organizational development, or strategy consulting, with a proven track record of C-Suite leadership.
- Education: Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Tech Savviness: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, automation, and Web3, with the ability to foresee their impact on the workforce.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5-10 years) and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate a compelling vision and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Adaptability: Proven resilience in adapting to rapid technological change and shifting market dynamics.
