Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to deliver freight on time
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Collaborate with dispatch to optimize delivery routes
- Handle secure cargo documentation and bill of lading
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Participate in ongoing training for safety and efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- Strong navigation skills with GPS familiarity
- Flexible schedule including nights/weekends
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- No DUI/DWI convictions in past 5 years
