Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers on designated routes.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
- Complete all required delivery paperwork and electronic logs accurately.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cargo area.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding schedules.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Current DOT medical card and DOT physical.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and DOT regulations.
- Ability to lift and load cargo (up to 50 lbs) when necessary.
