Responsibilities
- Operate commercial Class A trucks to transport cargo safely and efficiently to designated destinations.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Manage electronic logging devices (ELD) and maintain accurate delivery logs.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety.
- Interact professionally with customers and warehouse personnel at delivery points.
- Ensure cargo is properly loaded, secured, and handled with care.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driverâs License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 6 months of verifiable driving experience (new graduates considered).
- Current Medical Examinerâs Certificate (DOT Physical).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong commitment to safety, time management, and customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights and weekends.
