Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van & refrigerated) across the Southeast region
- Adhere to DOT regulations, HOS compliance, and company safety protocols
- Efficiently load/unload cargo with proper securing techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes for timely deliveries while ensuring cargo integrity
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- 1+ year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures
- Excellent time management and navigation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Team player mindset with strong communication abilities
