Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (dry van and refrigerated)
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Complete pre-trip inspections and route planning
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Communicate with dispatch and clients
- Perform minor vehicle maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR and no preventable accidents in 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Michigan/Ohio/Indiana roadways
- Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
