Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional deliveries
- Execute weekend shift schedule (Fri-Sun) with weekday flexibility
- Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections and documentation
- Maintain strict compliance with DOT regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route optimization
- Handle secure freight with chain-of-custody procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Minimum 2 years OTR or regional experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficient in electronic logging systems (ELD)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb trailer decks
- Strong navigation skills with GPS familiarity
- Weekend shift availability is mandatory
