Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles to transport goods within Boston metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic records (ELD compliance)
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Ensure secure loading/unloading of diverse cargo types
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no DUI/DWI in last 5 years
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Boston area traffic patterns
- DOT medical certification current or obtainable within 30 days
