Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Load and unload freight efficiently, ensuring cargo is secure for transport.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and documentation at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service while delivering goods to various locations.
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and timeframes.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record (MVR).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.
- Strong understanding of Georgia traffic laws and interstate regulations.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
