Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) to transport goods across designated routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle maintenance compliance
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage delivery documentation and electronic logging systems
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Operate in diverse weather conditions and urban traffic environments
- Represent Pacific Logistics with professionalism in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Current DOT medical certification
- Proficiency in electronic logging device (ELD) systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass physical requirements
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Pacific Northwest routes
