Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles over local/regional routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatchers for efficient route optimization
- Handle secure freight delivery with proper documentation
- Represent the company professionally at all customer locations
- Maintain clean driving record and license compliance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
- Excellent time management and route navigation skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings
- Team player with strong communication abilities
