Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers for regional routes within Florida and neighboring states
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Manage accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging
- Maintain consistent on-time delivery schedules
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Represent Prime Logistics with professionalism at all delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with HAZMAT regulations (Hazmat certification preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong navigation skills and route planning ability
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- No DUIs or preventable accidents in past 3 years
