Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional and local routes within Arizona
- Plan efficient delivery routes using GPS navigation while adhering to DOT regulations
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate electronic logs
- Secure and verify cargo integrity at loading/unloading points
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status
- Participate in ongoing safety training and compliance programs
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for seamless freight transfer
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
- Familiarity with Arizona highways and border crossing procedures
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills for on-road repairs
- Strong communication and time management abilities
