Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (53' dry van reefers) in urban and regional routes
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Load/unload freight with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients
- Represent our brand with professionalism in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Pacific Northwest geography and major corridors
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and time-management abilities
- Flexibility for early morning starts (3-5 AM)
