Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles (dry van and reefers) on regional routes
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Plan efficient delivery routes to meet on-time performance metrics
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route adjustments and customer communications
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and load/unload freight
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Strong knowledge of San Diego County roadways and CA highways
- Flexibility for early morning starts and occasional overnight trips
