We are seeking motivated individuals to join our fleet as Entry-Level Truck Drivers. If you are looking to start a lucrative career in transportation but lack commercial driving experience, we provide the paid training and support you need. Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (Class A or B) to transport freight to designated destinations efficiently and on time.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety and DOT compliance.
- Load and unload cargo securely, adhering to weight limits and securing loads properly.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and logbooks.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route updates, traffic conditions, and delivery schedules.
- Keep the truck cabin and cargo area clean, organized, and professional at all times.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Train: Must be willing to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) through our comprehensive paid training program.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to operate commercial vehicles across state lines.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination and drug screen.
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a solo driving environment.
- Basic English proficiency for effective communication with dispatch and customers.
