Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (dry van, refrigerated, or flatbed)
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation systems
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Communicate with dispatch team and clients
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license required
- No CDL experience necessary - training provided
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for weight/load calculations
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to obtain CDL-A endorsement
- Ability to work flexible schedules (some nights/weekends)
