Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated overnight routes across Texas and Southwest regions
- Maintain meticulous electronic logs (ELD) and adhere to FMCSA regulations
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient load delivery and pickup timing
- Ensure secure cargo handling and proper documentation for all shipments
- Uphold strict safety protocols in all weather and road conditions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR or regional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in variable temperatures
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Texas highway systems
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (8 PM - 6 AM)
