Responsibilities
- Operate Class 8 tractor-trailers for regional routes with 100% on-time delivery
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and DOT compliance documentation
- Safely transport diverse freight including refrigerated and flatbed loads
- Utilize advanced routing technology for efficient mileage optimization
- Maintain electronic logs (ELD) and adhere to HOS regulations
- Collaborate with dispatch team for proactive route adjustments
- Represent company brand through professional appearance and customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- 2+ years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Current DOT medical certification
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform securement procedures
- Strong navigation skills across Minnesota/Wisconsin/Iowa
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening
- HAZMAT endorsement preferred
