Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 8 trucks for local deliveries within the Seattle metro area
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Handle secure cargo loading/unloading with attention to safety protocols
- Communicate professionally with clients and warehouse personnel
- Maintain clean driving record and comply with FMCSA regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Seattle-area roads and traffic patterns
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
