Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles (dry van or flatbed) for local/regional deliveries
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, HOS compliance, and safety protocols
- Conduct pre-trip inspections, documentation, and basic vehicle maintenance
- Manage efficient loading/unloading operations at client sites
- Maintain accurate delivery records and electronic logging
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch for optimal route planning and on-time performance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical loading duties
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Minnesota roadways
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
- DOT medical certification current and up-to-date
- Excellent time management and communication abilities
