Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A & B) in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and unload cargo accurately and securely using proper handling techniques.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and required documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery times and issues.
- Uphold a professional image while representing the company on the road.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B with required endorsements (if applicable).
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and background check.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
