Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) for local/regional routes throughout Florida and Southeastern states
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations, HOS compliance, and company safety protocols
- Inspect, maintain, and report vehicle conditions before/after trips
- Accurately complete delivery documentation and electronic logging systems
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD) and transportation software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in various weather conditions
