Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (Class A CDL) for regional deliveries
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment handling
- Communicate with dispatch and clients regarding deliveries
- Plan efficient routes while meeting delivery deadlines
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (Texas state)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong time management and communication skills
