Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van/refrigerated) on multi-state routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient loading/unloading procedures
- Adhere to HOS regulations and all DOT compliance standards
- Deliver time-sensitive freight to distribution centers and retail partners
- Resolve route challenges and communicate delivery status updates
- Maintain professional customer relationships at delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs in 5 years)
- 2+ years OTR experience with dry van/refrigerated trailers
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD) systems
- Knowledge of Arizona highway regulations and mountain routes
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Immediate availability to start within 3 days of offer
