Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles (dry van/reefer)
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and DOT regulations
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and document maintenance
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment handling
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Follow safe driving practices in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean MVR (3+ years experience)
- 2+ years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of California highway regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone with data plan for ELD compliance
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- Strong time management and navigation skills
