Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on long-haul and regional routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, HOS compliance, and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for efficient route optimization
- Build positive relationships with clients and delivery recipients
- Assist in freight loading/unloading when required
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Pass background check and drug screening
- HAZMAT certification preferred (training provided)
- Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Flexibility for overnight trips and weekend shifts
