Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers to transport goods across designated routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Manage delivery schedules and communicate with dispatch teams
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and techniques
- Maintain electronic logs (ELD) and route documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of cargo securement and hazmat handling (preferred)
