Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class-A tractor-trailers for regional and short-haul deliveries
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain DOT-compliant documentation
- Load/unload cargo using proper techniques and equipment
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and optimize route efficiency
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, clients, and warehouse teams
- Maintain clean driving record and comply with all FMCSA regulations
Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license with minimum 1 year verifiable experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
