Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks for long-haul and regional routes across Georgia and neighboring states
- Conduct thorough pre-trip/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate DOT compliance logs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and delivery timelines
- Load/unload cargo with precision and verify shipment documentation
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Proficiency in electronic logging device (ELD) systems
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work flexible schedules including weekends
- Familiarity with Atlanta metro routes and southeastern corridor
- Strong communication and time-management skills
