Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks (dry van, refrigerated, flatbed) across Pacific Northwest routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Plan efficient delivery routes while meeting tight deadlines
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment handling
- Build long-term relationships with Seattle-area clients
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Knowledge of Washington state traffic laws and mountain driving
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
