Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (53' dry van) for regional routes within Ohio
- Pre-trip inspections and documentation compliance (DOT/FMCSA)
- Timely delivery of freight while maintaining safety standards
- Load/unload assistance when required (no-touch freight available)
- Real-time communication with dispatch team
- Maintain accurate delivery records and logs
- Adhere to all HOS regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (current medical certificate)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Flexibility for early morning starts (4-5 AM)
