Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for long-haul or regional routes
- Adhere to strict FMCSA regulations and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate trip logs and documentation
- Inspect vehicles before/after trips to ensure compliance
- Load/unload cargo securely using proper techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Manage delivery schedules and timelines efficiently
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of HOS regulations and logbook procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb equipment
- Strong navigation skills and route planning ability
- Excellent time management and communication skills
